2026-27 Giving Campaign

Our 2026-27 Giving Campaign has officially begun, and we need your help as we "Say Yes" to our neighbors in need in Cleveland County by raising $175,000. We invite you to help make a direct impact on families facing food insecurity in Cleveland County.

This year’s campaign offers five sponsorship levels from Friend to Always Yes. Each level is designed to help us nourish more kids throughout the year. Every gift, whether one‑time, monthly, or quarterly, furthers our mission to make sure no child in Cleveland County goes without food.

Sponsorship Levels:

• Always Yes Sponsor $25,000 ($6,250 quarterly, $2,083 monthly)

• Community Builder Sponsor $15,000 ($3,750 quarterly, $1,250 monthly)

• Nourish Sponsor $5,000 ($1,250 quarterly, $417 monthly)

• Neighbor Sponsor $1,000 ($250 quarterly, $84 monthly)

• Friend Sponsor $360 ($90 quarterly, $30 monthly, $1 daily)

New Feeding Kids Apparel Available Now in a New Design! Nourish What Matters

This year, Mallory designed a new look for our Feeding Kids apparel featuring the message “Nourish What Matters” centered inside a bold, chunky apple. We think this fresh design reflects our mission perfectly.

The design captures the heart of our mission at Feeding Kids: caring for children, strengthening families, and nourishing our community. You can purchase your shirt through Bonfire in both adult and youth sizes, and a portion of every sale  supports our cause. These shirts make the perfect outfit for volunteering with us and help spread the message of nourishment wherever you go. Click below to check it out!

Little Free Library Relocation

This summer, we relocated one of our Little Free Libraries in partnership with the Gabe DeVoe Foundation!

In 2024, we installed this library at a local apartment complex and after a few years, we decided it needed to be moved to a better spot to better serve our community. This summer, we finally relocated it to Holly Oak Park in Shelby and had the privilege of working alongside the Gabe DeVoe Foundation in this effort.

We are SO thankful for our partnership with the Gabe DeVoe Foundation and Holly Oak Park! Please visit this library next time you are at the park. Take a book and leave a book! Together, we can make literacy rates improve by making books accessible to all.

2025 Annual Impact Report

This year marks an especially meaningful milestone for Feeding Kids Cleveland County, and my heart is full of gratitude as I reflect on all that this community has made possible.

The needs of our neighbors and the world around us can sometimes feel overwhelming. It can be hard to know where to begin or to wonder if what we do really makes a difference. I am here to tell you that your support of Feeding Kids Cleveland County has made a very real and lasting difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

Because of your generosity, your volunteer hours and your encouragement, we are celebrating an incredible achievement in our tenth year. Ten years ago, we set a goal to one day serve every school in the Cleveland County School system through our school break home deliveries. Together, you have helped turn that goal into reality. Feeding Kids Cleveland County now serves every school in the Cleveland County School system, a milestone that truly represents a Decade of Difference and a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with compassion and purpose.

Some of the moments that encourage me the most are the stories we hear along the way. We have watched “Feeding Kids kids” grow up and come back to volunteer with us because the care and kindness they experienced meant so much to them. We have heard from families who now read together each night because they have books in their homes. We do not always see every detail of the impact being made, but hearing these testimonies reminds me that small acts of care can change lives. What a joy it is to see the light that you are bringing to children and families all across our community.

As we continue in 2026, my heart is full of gratitude.

Thanks to our 2025 Decade of Difference Giving Campaign, we raised $145,536, surpassing our $100,000 goal, and that is because of YOU!  Your generosity, alongside the support of our sponsors and donors, is making a real and lasting difference for children and families across Cleveland County.

Because of this success, FKCC is able to continue serving in all the ways we always have and expand our reach even further. This summer, we will add more weekend food bags each week. We will continue providing 50 bags every weekend to Boys & Girls Club summer programs, increase weekly bags for the Math Academy from 50 to 150, and add Summer Growth Academy at Mt. Calvary Baptist Community Life Center to our weekend bag program.

In addition, FKCC will expand school break deliveries to four more schools. With this growth, we are now serving every school in the Cleveland County School system, a milestone that would not be possible without the generosity and compassion of this community.
